Requesting a refund

Self-paced courses purchased individually can be refunded within 7 days of purchase, provided less than 20% has been completed. Live class seats are non-refundable once the class has started, but can be refunded or rescheduled if the Tutor or ChloeZ cancels. See our full refund policy for details, or contact us and we'll help.
